  • Justin Hall - Class of ‘00

    Tell us about your family:
I have been married to my lovely wife, Megan since 2012. We moved to Holly Ridge, North Carolina where we enjoy living near the water. We now have one daughter named Laila who was born on November 7, 2015.
    What is your current job?
I graduated from UNCG in May of 2014 with my bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education with a birth through kindergarten licensure.  I am currently a teacher for the deaf and hard of hearing in Jacksonville, North Carolina at Jacksonville Commons Elementary School.  I have been teaching for 3 years now.  Each day brings new challenges, but I love every minute of it!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?  I enjoy walking my dog on the beach and collecting sea glass with my family. I also like travelling to see family, friends, and live music. I also serve on the board of The Care Project which partners with families who have children with hearing loss and assist them however they can. This opportunity has impacted my life in so many positive ways and I am very thankful for all of the families involved.
Share your favorite Wesleyan memory:  My favorite memory at Wesleyan is being around good, caring teachers and being involved with the tennis program.

  • Jack Gavigan - Class of ‘14

    What is your current school/job?
Right now, I’m in my junior year at Duke University majoring in Environmental Science. Outside of class, I work on the intern team for National Geographic’s Big Cats Initiative, where we conduct lion, leopard, jaguar, tiger, etc. research and provide assistance to National Geographic grantees who are in the field. In addition, I work at my school’s climbing wall and lead backpacking and ski trips through our campus outdoor recreation program.
What do you enjoy doing outside of school and work?
Anything outdoors, really-whether it be fishing, hiking, backpacking, or volunteering at our campus farm. I also love going to Duke basketball games and being part of the most extreme/dedicated student section in college basketball.
    Share your favorite Wesleyan memory:
Discussing/debating with Mr. Reitnour in Understand the Times and being able to talk to him after class. Also, the opportunity to be in Mrs. Key’s Calculus class. I learned so much and it gave me a phenomenal foundation for college math.

  • Kinsley Craft Coley - Class of ‘08

    Tell us about your family:
I am married to Andrew Coley from Nashville, TN. We don't have any children but love our cat Titan! We recently moved back to Greensboro after living in Nashville for 2.5 years while I was in PA school at Trevecca University.
    What is your current job?
I am a Physician Assistant with Cornerstone Healthcare and work with the Vascular Surgery service. We operate at High Point Regional Hospital.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
My husband and I love to go hiking, biking, and pretty much anything else outside. We are a part of a kickball team in Greensboro. We are looking forward to summer coming so that we can start going down to High Rock Lake on the weekends with my family. We are also busy renovating a house in Greensboro right now.
    Share your favorite Wesleyan memory:
I have so many fun memories from Wesleyan with amazing friends that became like family, but my times with my sports teams always sticks with me the most. I can remember riding down the highway with Coach G leading the girls soccer team in singing "Father Abraham" at the top of our lungs and then him speeding up over speed bumps just to make the back of the bus jump like crazy. I still remember my first cross country practice; Mr Barber loved it so much because it was the "all-american sport" and how he always somehow made running seem more fun than it actually was.
