COVID-19 Emergency Aid Application

Wesleyan Christian Academy's School Board has approved temporary funding for emergency tuition assistance for our families who have experienced a significant loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To request emergency tuition assistance, please complete the application below and share as much information as possible. You may be asked to provide additional documentation to better assess your level of need.  All information will remain confidential and will not impact your continuous enrollment eligibility. Our Financial Aid Committee will reach back out to you within 10 business days.

All sources of income include salary, unemployment, child support, family support, disability, etc.
Please tell us why you are requesting assistance?  For example, job loss, job status change, medical expenses related to COVID-19, etc.. Provide as much detail as possible to help us understand your family's short term needs. Unfortunately, an award decision cannot be made without this information. 

Student Information

Please list the names and grades of your children enrolled in Wesleyan's K-12 Academy.
Do you have other children who are enrolled in tuition charging school such as: preschools, childcare centers, colleges, etc.?‚Äč​
