Trojan Club

The 2017-18 season was a great success with State Championships in boys soccer, baseball and girls basketball.  In addition, individual state championships were won in wrestling and track. WCA boys basketball finished the season as State runner up.  The conference championship title was secured by boys soccer, girls soccer, boys basketball, girls basketball, baseball and softball. Our athletes and athletic programs grew in strength, sportsmanship and Christian spirit. At the center of it all is the Trojan Club - providing support to our coaching staff, our athletes and our families.  As members of the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association (NCISAA) we compete at the 4A level, and we look forward to the upcoming year as our student athletes use their talents for the glory of the Lord.

Through your membership fees, store purchases, concessions sales and “Box Top” collections last year, we were able to continue our support of the Athletic Department at WCA. This year, the Trojan Club aided in the purchase of the new wrestling mats.

The Trojan Club also funds/supports several other events on a regular basis: Homecoming Cookout, Alumni Games Cookout, dinners for sports intro nights and FCA activities/events. In addition to all of those provisions, the club also awarded college scholarships to Jacob Kohns and Morgan Dodson as recipients of the Trojan of the Year awards!

Our web store and membership form are online. You will be able to sign up for the Trojan Club as well as purchase logo apparel and merchandise. Please visit the store at www.wcatrojanclub.com, and sign up today. We are able to ship your purchase, or you can choose to pick it up at the school. We are expanding our selection in the store, so be looking as we begin the new school year. You can also visit us at our on-site school store located in the lobby of the MS Gym. Store hours are the second and last Friday of the month in the afternoons from 2:15 - 3:30 pm. 

Please consider becoming a member of the most exciting organization at WCA. The annual Trojan Membership of $50 gets you $1.00 admission to WCA Home Games. You don't have to wait until the winter or spring seasons to join either. You can enjoy the benefits of membership now!  With the addition of cameras in our gyms and soccer field WCA will be offering a new service enabling subscribers to watch games anywhere! More details will be announced this Fall. Trojan Club members will enjoy additional discounts to this subscription based technology.
